On the third of March 2007, we opened Ramen TAKARA in Auckland, New Zealand. 17 years later, on the third of March 2024, we opened the doors of E V E R Y B O D Y’S T A B L E in Yokohama, Japan where my father, Nobuyuki took his first steps on his way to becoming a chef.
My father used to say, "It’s only worth cooking when you put your heart and soul into it and let the people you care about eat it”. In New Zealand, I have been fortunate enough to experience this by meeting so many people and providing them with food that makes them happy.
And now, with the help of Chef Jumpei Shibata, the owner chef of Honmoku Restaurant Shang, we are bringing our famous Kiwi hospitality to Yokohama.
Let’s all gather around E V E R Y B O D Y’S T A B L E with a glass of craft beer and New Zealand wine, paired perfectly with Shang’s Yakuzen Chinese food full of flavour and spices. A table without borders or boundaries.
